One study rarely settles a question. We train the people who bring the evidence together, so that hospitals, ministries and communities across Africa can act on research they trust.
Since 2019 Sintieh Research Academy has trained more than 1,000 health professionals in research methods, from framing a question to publishing a systematic review. Fellows learn on real projects with mentors who publish.
As the research arm of SHINE we also design and deliver studies with hospitals, NGOs and universities: data collection, analysis, manuscripts and evidence for policy, with ethics approval and open reporting.

Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Program (SRAMP), Cohort 3
A 12-week research mentorship programme in evidence synthesis. Live sessions every Thursday at 18:00 WAT, about 4 to 6 hours a week, working on a co-created review towards a grant application.
