Sintieh Research Academy (SRA) is a mission-driven research organisation building the next generation of African health researchers. Since 2019, we’ve trained 1,000+ learners and now focus on delivering high-impact research that tackles real health challenges.
About the Programme
This is a 16-week systematic review sprint. You’ll be paired with a mentor, join weekly reinforcement sessions, and work through clear milestones—protocol, search, screening, extraction, synthesis, and a manuscript or preprint—so your ideas become publishable evidence.
What We Expect
- Commit 5–8 hours/week and attend mentor check-ins.
- Meet milestones and collaborate proactively.
- Uphold SRA’s values: Honesty, Humility, Discipline, Productivity.
- Follow authorship and research integrity standards (ICMJE).
- Pay it forward by mentoring ≥2 new mentees after completion.
